Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

These medium-large sized cookies are all about layers of flavor. We start by browning grass-fed butter for a rich, nutty base, then blend it into our sourdough dough for a subtle tang and soft, bakery-style center. Each cookie is packed with a mix of chocolates for pockets of melty goodness in every bite — no two cookies are exactly the same.

Baked until golden with crisp edges and thick middles, these small-batch cookies are made with whole ingredients, plenty of care, and just the right amount of indulgence. Best shared… but we won’t judge if you don’t.
