A little bit about us:

Hi! My name is Marilyn .

This all started at home.
I began making sourdough for the health benefits it brought to my family, and quickly fell in love with sharing it with friends and family. Baking has always been something I’ve loved, and through sourdough I found a way to share bakes made with intention, time, and whole ingredients.

Payment & Order Policy

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Because all products are made fresh to order and production is scheduled in advance, unpaid orders will not be prepared.

Order Changes

Due to our sourdough fermentation process, which requires approximately 72 hours from preparation to completion, any order changes must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date.

Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Payment Methods

We currently accept:

• Stripe (online payments)

• Zelle

• Tap to Pay (when available)

• Cash at approved events

Payment instructions will be provided at the time of ordering.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns.

Exchanges

If there is a valid issue with your order (incorrect item, product quality concern, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.

Exchanges may be offered at our discretion if the issue is verified. We are committed to quality and customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve legitimate concerns.

No-Show Policy

Orders not picked up at the agreed time may not be guaranteed freshness or availability. No refunds will be issued for missed pickups.

Privacy Policy

At Seriously Sourdough, we respect your privacy.

Any personal information collected (such as name, email address, phone number, or payment information) is used solely for:

• Processing orders
• Coordinating pickups
• Sending confirmations
• Providing customer support

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.

Payment information is processed securely through third-party platforms such as Stripe or other approved payment providers.
