Allergens: Wheat, Gluten, and Wild Yeast

Our sourdough is naturally leavened and baked without preservatives, which means it behaves a little differently than grocery store bread — in the best way.

When It’s Best

Your loaf is at its peak 24–72 hours after you get it. That’s when the flavor and texture really shine.

 How to Store It

  • Keep it at room temp

  • Store cut-side down on a cutting board, or

  • In a paper bag or bread bag

Skip the fridge — it dries bread out faster.

Slice Like a Pro

Use a sharp, serrated bread knife and let it do the work. No pressing, no smashing.

Bread on its last days?

No worries — it’s an easy fix.

  • Lightly wet the crust

  • Warm in a 350°F oven or air fryer for 5–10 minutes
